Grass fed, grain finished butch calfs about 15 months old at slaughter. We never use antibiotics or growth hormones.  We use a local processing plant and your beef is customized to you liking. Our calves have a lot of human contact, they are friendly and not stressed which we believe effects the meat and makes it better better.
